- Hourly rate of $28 - $33 based on experience and overall knowledge
- Excellent on the job training and the ability to voice and implement new ideas with management and Foreman
- *Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential/commercial landscape design/build*
- An ability to read and understand construction drawings
- The ability to co-ordinate and manage other employees and sub trades
- Experience with the safe operation of track loaders, mini excavators, compaction equipment and other power tools
- Good working knowledge of all hardscaping, softscaping, accent lighting, concrete, wood work and irrigation systems, plant ID etc.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job outdoors
- An eye for detail, be career minded with a desire to grow with the company long term
- The ability to work well with others and be able to lead, motivate, instruct and delegate a crew of 2 - 5 employees
- Basic First Aid training; construction industry certificates are an asset
- A Vehicle and a valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract, AZ or DZ license's are an asset This person will lead a crew performing high-end residential design/build work in the Western GTA. Projects range from $100,000 to $500,000+ in scope and involve complex stonework, excavation, forming, masonry, grading, lighting systems, carpentry and planting. Our offices are located in Burlington. We have been in business since 2002 and focus on quality award winning installations with a high attention to detail. Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
