Construction Crew Lead Hand Job Duties to include:

- Works under the direction of the Foreman assisting with any job related tasks
- Works toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
- Operate various tools and equipment such as stone saws, jackhammer, shovels, drills, skid steer, excavator, etc
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete job
- Install walkways, interlock, fences, decks, patios etc
- Preparing the jobsite prior to the beginning of a project
- Mix, pour and spread concrete
- Conduct daily inspections on tools and equipment
- Making sure site is kept clean
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all health and safety laws and regulations

What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Landscape construction
- A positive attitude
- Valid G license and clean driving records
- Effective communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Able to operate required equipment and tools such as skid steers and excavators
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various projects

**Salary**: Up to $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
