JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Osteostrong Client Experience and People Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring efficient day to day operations at the centre. Providing regular feedback/coaching sessions to Session Coach's at the centre on weekly basis. Ensuring Session Coaches are executing on their day to day activities according to their job description. Client Experience is of outmost importance, and thus regular feedback from clients and enhancement of client experience daily using different guideliness and procedures is necessary daily. Client Experience and People Manager leads the team of Session Coaches on a mission to give our members the highest level of physical capability while having fun and becoming stronger together. Life and work are more rewarding when we seek joy in every moment. We have fun with our work, with our members, and with each other whenever possible.

**People Management and Client Experience Management Required. Minimum 3 + years.**

**Employment Status**: Full Time

Must be flexible and open to working on Saturdays and Evenings

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure member safety at all times
- Support positive culture
- Memorize and use the session and customer service scripts
- Provide Baseline Markers on the established schedule
- Open/ Close center per the established guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Welcome, engage, educate, and retain clients
- Promote OsteoStrong and encourage new clients
- Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong’s standards.
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching sessions to all Session Coaches
- Gain feedback and ensure retention of existing clients
- Supervise activities of all Session Coaches to ensure job executed to Osteostrong Standards.
- Promote Osteostrong Culture by managing incentive programs monthly.
- Basic cleaning of the centre (part of opening and closing tasks).

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing while working with members.
- Ability to model basic flexibility and range of motion movements.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**:
Education: Kinesiology or Sports Medicine Graduate's. People manager and Marketing certification nice to have.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years People and Client Experience Manager required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
