We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and reporting any shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service within the restaurant or food industry.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience with cashiering systems is preferred but not required.
- A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
