We are looking for a Team Leader to fil an 8-10 month term position in the Terrace Door Fabrication (TD Fab) department on the Day shift. This is a full-time, term position.

**Shift: Monday to Thursday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM**

**Duties**:

- Work closely with the Group Leader to promote and work to meet departmental goals
- Support the Group Leader with performance management of staff including orientation and performance reviews
- Assume leadership responsibilities for department as the workload demands
- Facilitate safety and well being of team members
- Work with Team Members with problem-solving process within department
- Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding planning, quality, personnel, safety and materials
- Work with team on continuous improvement activities

**Requirements**:

- Passion for leadership and personal development
- Work independently (self-motivated)
- Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
- Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
- Basic computer and math skills
