**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise a crew of workers in various construction tasks
- Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment.
- Train crew members on proper techniques for using hand tools.
- Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout the process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with rough framing.
- Experience operating power tools safely is required.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction settings.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
- Background in carpentry is essential for building frameworks accurately.
- Valid drivers license
