We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently picking orders for Amazon and other third-party channels. Having a solid experience in goods return processing. In addition, you will handle various tasks such as creating and printing shipping labels using ShipStation, packaging orders, and preparing them for shipment by the respective carrier. This position will require experience in delivering to Amazon FBA warehouses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack orders for Amazon and other third-party channels.
- Manage the merchandise return, which involves verifying product eligibility for returns, issuing RMAs, arranging return shipments, conducting inspections, sorting, receiving, handling claims and managing returned inventory.
- Utilize ShipStation software to create and print shipping labels.
- Ensure orders are properly packaged and prepared for shipment.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.
- Solid inventory management experience is required and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize delivery experience to deliver orders to Amazon FBA warehouses.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment and RMA processing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using ShipStation or similar shipping software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid G License and proven experience in driving small delivery trucks.
- Familiarity with local delivery routes and drop-off points.
- Experience delivering to Amazon FBA warehouses.
- Mandarin would be an asset.

**Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (not flexible).

**Work Location**: Markham.

**Pay Rate**:Starting from $18-$19 per hour, plus monthly performance-based bonus.
