We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant. We place value on teamwork, positive attitude and eagerness to learn, as well as personal motivation and drive. Excellent communication skills, organization and superior customer service skills are an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Assist in shipping and receiving (unloading trucks and checking in shipments)
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Wrapping skids
- Assist in counting of physical inventory
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations organised
- Wear the proper safety equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Markham, ON L3R 3J7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
