Summary:

- This is a contract position that requires you to supports to a male individual in your home. The individual requires structure in daily living, communication, and safety awareness. Reminders are needed for hygiene, medications, and appointments. Experience with behavioral supports is an asset as the individual benefits from consistent routines, clear expectations, and encouragement to manage emotional responses to stay engaged.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
- A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
- Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
- Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required on home and auto insurance.
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

**Salary**: Wage Range: $1800/month (plus room and board to be determined)
