Looking for Respite contractor to provide supports to a male individual. Supports may include Personal Care, daily living skills, recreation, and help with morning routine.
- Qualifications:
Community Disability Support Worker Certificate and/or related education (preferred).

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.

Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.

$2,000,000 home liability insurance.

Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
- Salary: Starting at $200/24 hr period, is dependent on individuals funding.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
