Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager or designated manager/supervisor, the Pharmacy Assistant - Data Entry plays a vital role in the quality and safety of our medications. This position is responsible for entering prescriptions into the Kroll system, and maintenance of patient records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a key member of the Kroll data entry team, working within the scope of a Pharmacy Assistant to perform data entry and fill prescription and OTC products accurately
- Assist with data/medication changes, including filling in Kroll, adjudication (billing), and any necessary communication with team members and patients
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Fax refill requests to prescribers proactively, ordering medications, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with Kroll software is an asset
- Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred
- Retail Experience an Asset
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Effective communication skills
- MS Office
- Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong attention to detail
