**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Compounding & Dispensing** - Support pharmacists in preparing, labeling, and dispensing compounded and commercial medications.
**Inventory Management** - Track and organize medication stock, ensuring proper handling and storage.
**Customer & Pharmacy Support** - Provide **exceptional service** by answering patient inquiries and assisting partner pharmacies with their compounding needs.
**Prescription Processing** - Handle **prescription orders, insurance claims**, and transactions with accuracy.
**Compliance & Safety** - Follow strict **pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality policies** to ensure quality and security in all pharmacy operations.
**Collaboration & Efficiency** - Work closely with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and the pharmacy team to ensure smooth workflow and timely medication delivery.
**Patient Education** - Assist in providing information on **medication usage, potential side effects, and best practices for compounded treatments**.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Detail-oriented & organized** - Accuracy is key in compounding and dispensing medications.
**Strong customer service skills** - Ability to assist patients and partner pharmacies professionally.
**Knowledge of medical terminology & pharmacy software** (e.g., Kroll) is a plus.
