Junior Financial Planning Analyst

Innofoods Inc. is a global food manufacturing company specializing in high-end luxury snacks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Planning Analyst to support financial decision-making and provide business insights across local and global markets.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn financial modeling, and the ability to assist in preparing accurate reports and forecasts. Familiarity with basic cost analysis, pricing concepts, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
**Cost Accounting & Price**
1. Assist the FOB process and maintain all relevant supporting documentation Price Request file/ FOB calculation file/ FOB summary file
2. Support the selling price management process and ensure proper documentation is maintained
**Analysis and Reporting**
1. Prepare and deliver the Weekly and Daily Sales Package, including:
a. Sales data (daily and weekly)
b. Inventory Turnover
c. Inventory Balance
d. Average Selling Price Trend
e. Warehouse Sales
f. Average Sales Trend by Warehouse
2. Monitor and update payroll data, including salary and headcount by team
3. Maintain and update the promotion accrual file
4. Assist in analyzing financial statements through ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance reporting
5. Manage and update master data, including inventory, customer, vendor, and selling price records
6. Prepare ad hoc reports as required
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Some experience or internship in an FP&A or finance-related role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and familiarity with statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to financial software of ERP system is an asset.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy and willingness to learn problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Korean proficiency is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
