**What to Expect**:
The eCommerce UX Project Manager will be responsible for the continuous optimization of the B2C and OOH eBoutiques' online experience and customer journey to deliver upon customer satisfaction targets. You work closely with the eCommerce analyst for the definition of user experience and e-merchandising, A/B test hypothesis and scenarios to improve the eCommerce channel new member acquisition & sales performance and the customer satisfaction scores.
**A day in the life**:
**Lead execution of HQ performance optimization roadmap (upper/lower funnel optimizations)**
- Execute key feature updates: rollouts, specifically those tied to Club Member, Delivery Services (i.e. Easy Order upgrades, Store Locator, Shipping Options, etc.), providing strategic, technical, and project management support to the eCommerce Operations team
- Work across key stakeholder groups including HQ, Marketing, CRM, IS/IT and CRC to ensure flawless planning, execution and maintenance of key features
**Accountable for Best-in-class User Experience**
- Act as the market expert on usability best practices on-site, guiding the eCommerce team in the implementation and enforcement of those guidelines and best practices.
- Personalize the Nespresso on-line journeys to Prospects and CM’s to accelerate B2C conversion through the funnel and B2B leads, accounts hand in hand with the Analytics team
- Gather and implement customer insights and data to increase conversion through the funnel, by working closely with Data & Insights team
- Identify and improve all OMNI projects (live chat, pick up services etc.)
**Support operations team in projects and updates**
- Liaise with local IT/IS manager to follow-up on test and production incidents monitored eCommerce platforms
- Escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member activation, or availability of the products or the platforms
**Responsible of new platforms rollout and of regular reports on UX trends**
- Manage campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
- Monitor digital technical trends, new features and/or technology to stay on top of digital innovation.
**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Design, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and or worldwide.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in website, mobile, eCommerce platforms management & project management in B2C market
- Experience in website management, content management, merchandising, A/B testing & personalization
- Strong knowledge in SEO optimization and industry standard design tools e.g. Figma
