**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Electrical Technician** to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing and preparing critical technical documentation, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and other technical materials to understand customer requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with project specifications.
- Address customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the technical department, to ensure customer needs are accurately translated into deliverables.
- Preparing precise and competitive quotes and bid packages based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage technical documents, ensuring compliance with customer requests and industry standards.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications, technical documents, and updates to support seamless project workflows.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry standard and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
