Inside Automation National Proposal Specialist

Westburne Electric is a leading distributor of electrical and automation solutions across Canada. We are looking for an **Inside Automation Proposal Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting **Rockwell Automation** products while providing exceptional customer service to our National Customers.
**What You Will Do**:
- Support our Specialist and Sales team with **Rockwell Automation** and Encompassing partner products.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers in the **electrical, electronics, and instrumentation** fields.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their automation needs.
- Obtain orders/quotation requests through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, inside sales team.
- Follow up on written quotations to secure orders or reason for loss of order.
- Maintain system backorder report.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
**What You Bring**:
- **Diploma or degree** in **Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering** (or related field).
- Experience in **industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems** is an asset.
- Familiarity with **Rockwell Automation products** is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel
