As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible to uphold the companies’ standard of outstanding customer service by looking after the needs of new homeowners.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with customers and service technicians for appointments.
- Maintain warranty database and enter work orders.
- Maintain homeowner files as well as homeowner and vendor portals.
- Handle customer and vendor enquiries.
- Schedule and monitor routine and emergency warranty items.
- Provide weekly reports to management on construction & warranty items; and
- Provide additional administrative support to the team.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work in a high-stress, self-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
- Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Prior knowledge of residential construction considered an asset.
- Advanced computer skills - Office365, Microsoft, database, etc.
- Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Quick learner, professional, and courteous.
