**THE ROLE**
The Sports Facilities Supervisor ensures clients are provided with information regarding the facility, services, programs and activities; document and communicate incidents, accidents or damages; inspect equipment and facilities for safety and ensure corrective action is taken; organizes the submission of program and activity information; supervises and trains employees; prepares employee work schedules and standard operating procedures; prepare bank deposits and ensure reconciliation of cash; oversees processes such as registration; and several other related tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

High school diploma AND several years of experience in a related field

AND

Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification (an asset)

**Experience**

In general office administration

In supervising personnel

In administering purchase requests

In managing hazardous materials and equipment inventory

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
Bilingual Essential

Reading: Functional

Writing: Functional

Oral: Functional
