Parks and Sports Supervisor

**Position overview**:
Liaise with supervisors, program participants, coaches/instructors, and attendants to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Must maintain a friendly, calm disposition and act professionally with a positive attitude.
**Work schedule : 35h/week**
**Please note that, depending on departmental needs, the work hours may be scheduled during the day, in the evening, on weekdays or on weekends.**
**Job Functions**
- Attend regular department meetings.
- Act as on-site support for rentals, special events, game day participants, coaches, and instructors.
- Manage attendance lists.
- Manage participant conduct issues.
- Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Review and follow-up on injury/incident reports.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Inform supervisor of any positive or negative feedback regarding the physical facility, staff or public.
- Ensure rainout line is current.
- Photo’s of our various programs/activities
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
- Excellent communications skills with high professionalism.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Valid, provincial Class 5 driver’s license.
