**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an Equity Analyst to assist in managing the firm's pooled funds. Are you an engaged self-starter who remains calm under pressure? Do you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to clearly present and share ideas to a number of people in a continually changing environment? In this role you will be generating investment ideas, performing in-depth due diligence on companies across multiple industries while gathering and analyzing information across different sources, building models and evaluating businesses under different scenarios.

The location of this role will be a hybrid work schedule based in our Vancouver or Toronto office.

**As an Equity Analyst, your key accountabilities will involve**:

- Generating investment ideas within a collaborative team
- Performing in-depth due diligence on companies across multiple industries as a generalist investor
- Gathering and analyzing information across different sources
- Building company models and evaluating businesses under different scenarios
- Building presentations and presenting our findings to our Advisory Services Team, Investment Committee, and clients
- Working with other departments within the asset management group to enhance knowledge sharing and investment returns.

**As an Equity Analyst, your experience and qualifications will include**:

- 3-5 years of experience in analyzing Canadian, U.S. and/or International Equities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline
- Strong interest in and demonstrated understanding of investment analysis
- Financial industry designation completed or in process of achieving (CFA, CIM, CA, CPA etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with Bloomberg is an asset
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.
