**About us**

Little Town Pizza Ltd. is a busy pizzeria located in Chemainus, BC. As part of the vibrant Roberts Street Pizza family, with over 28 years of experience, we're known for our fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a Daytime Prep Cook to join our team for Monday to Friday. Shifts will typically start at 11am and can go as late as 7pm.

**Job Title**: Daytime Prep Cook

**Location**: Chemainus, BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the prep list diligently to ensure efficient food preparation
- Organize and stock ingredients for easy access
- Accurately measure ingredients and seasonings
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to work independently when necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
