We are looking for a dedicated, organized **Dishwasher** who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The Dishwasher’s duties include washing sanitization of pots pans and utensils, sheet trays, food storing containers through manual cleaning methods. They may also help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed. Additionally, dishwasher is expected to keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe.

To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sort washed items, and keep dish washing area free of clutter and organized.
- Setup dish stations, including filling up the sinks.
- Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly washes, stacks and stores cookware and storage containers.
- Changes water of sinks every two hours or more often as required by business levels and properly uses chemical dilutions set by the company.
- Maintains the trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
- Communication proficiency
- Able to stand on your feet for several hours
- Able to lift, pull or push at least 50 lbs
- Must comply with all sanitation procedures
- Other duties as directed
- Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemical
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
