**What we're looking for**:

- Experience working in Hotel Stewarding Department / Banquet Functions
- Minimum 1 to 2 years Supervisory experience
- Certified in WHIMIS and safe food handling
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety issues

**Some of what you'll do**:

- Oversee day to day facility maintenance and housekeeping of kitchens and tents
- Prioritize and assign daily work to dishwashers, kitchen help and cleaners
- Prioritize, coordinate and delegate multiple tasks and responsibilities based on business needs and special events
- Ensure quality and efficiency of work performance
- Oversee sanitary and service procedures by staff in kitchens
- Conduct physical inspection in kitchens and storage areas during shift to ensure cleanliness
- Other related duties as assigned
