**Job Title**: Security Supervisor
**Location**: Winnipeg, MB

**Type**: Full-time

**Pay Rate**: $ 23 - $ 24 per hour

**Shift**: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600

Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced **Security Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in **Winnipeg**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards
- Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using **Heliaus Device**:

- Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed
- Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including** a minimum of 3 years of s**upervisory experience**, preferably in the retail security environment.
- Supervisor experience leading teams of 15-20 employees.
- Valid **Manitoba Security Guard License.**:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using **Heliaus** or similar reporting/scheduling platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least **25 years old**.
- Must possess a **valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License**.
