**Boss Security is looking for an experienced, well spoken, professional Security Supervisor.**

**Must have a valid Manitoba Security Guard License, be mobile with a vehicle, any security experience an asset, be comfortable with extreme situations.**

**Qualifications**:

- Valid MB Security Guard License.
- Very reliable and dedicated - must be evident in work history and verifiable through reference checks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Physically able to walk the site perimeter.
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills and English-language proficiency required.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to write clearly (hand-write) information in a daily log when necessary
- Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries from management and the client

- Cultural awareness and understanding considered a valuable asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
