The Sales Associate will report to and support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and providing a superior customer experience.

The Sales Associate will be responsible but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting Guests
- Demonstrating the show home
- Undertaking prospecting initiatives
- Overseeing customer inquiries
- Assist the Area Manager with generating sales
- Supporting the Area Manager with the sales process and administrative duties from purchase to possession
- Ensure the sales centres has required marketing material and all other supplies
- Request any service required for show home - ensure show home appearance is impeccably maintained
- Become fully versed and knowledgeable of our homes, our offerings and the communities where we build
- Enjoy dealing with the public and be focused on customer satisfaction
- Results driven and highly motivated to succeed
- Have a desire to learn about the new home building industry
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, proactively, take initiative as well as work well within a team environment
- Able to work Thursdays/Fridays 11:30 am-6:00p and Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 - 5:00 and occasional company events/meetings

Job Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Proficient computer skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales related position

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,700.00-$5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person
