New Home Sales Associate

Calgary, Canada Homes By Us Ltd. Full time

**Objective**:
The Sales Associate position is the first point of contact for our customers and, as such, responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service to all clients who visit our Show homes.

**Reporting**:
This position will report directly to the Manager, Sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing client accurately on the home buying process.
- Present and communicate a variety of floor plans, features and benefits.
- Commit to maintain Show home/ open house schedule including weekends.
- Prospect for new customers through referrals, and lead follow up.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma; Post Secondary education
- At least two years experience in new home sales
- Licensed Driver preferred as you will be working in several different neighborhoods;
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment;
**Working Conditions**:
Professional attire at all times: Traditional Showhome office hours are Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
