**Your Role**

As a **Fundraising Representative**, you’ll:

- Engage with members of the public through face-to-face outreach
- Communicate the mission and goals of top Canadian charities
- Inspire people to become monthly donors and long-term supporters
- Maintain accurate records and update donor profiles in our system
- Handle questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and team performance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong verbal communication skills (English fluency required; bilingualism is a bonus)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is an asset—but not required
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to make a difference
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail when entering donor information and handling follow-ups

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
