**Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants** (RCICs)

**Duties**:

- Lead and mentor a team of immigration consultants and support staff, fostering an environment of growth and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the firm’s services and client base, including integrating existing practices and client lists of new team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration policies and procedures, advising the team and clients accordingly.
- Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and timelines.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their immigration journey.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

1- Express entry, PNP, AIP & RNIP.

2- LMIA based work permits

5- Spouse Sponsorship and Work Permits

6- Visitor visa and extensions.

Other work-related tasks can also be given to the caseworker if required such as:

- Conduct assessments and interviews with clients to determine their needs and eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients
- Provide counseling and support to clients, including crisis intervention and referral to appropriate resources
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

**Experience**:

- Immigration Counselling (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)
- Filling Caseworker (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
