**Job Summary**
We are seeking friendly and organized Hosts to join our dynamic team.

They must be professional, engaging and open communicators as they are the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements in a busy restaurant environment.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with an accurate wait time if necessary.
- Manage the seating chart efficiently to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with reservations and inquiries regarding menu offerings.
- Utilize the reservation system to accurately account for seating capacity as well as ensure guests have the best experience possible when arriving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Assist with bussing, food running and drink running as necessary.
- Assist servers in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs in a timely fashion.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is required, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask during busy shifts
- Willingness to assist in all areas as needed, including full execution of assigned sidework in a timely fashion.
