**About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Operations & Deal Management Specialist** to support the team in managing the sales pipeline, tracking strategic deals, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This role will play a critical function in sales administration, pipeline management, and operational support for executive-led sales activities. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to optimize sales efficiency, ensure deal momentum, and support high-value opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** **Pipeline & Deal Management** - Maintain and organize the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and deals are accurately tracked and updated. - Assist in prioritizing sales opportunities based on strategic value, revenue potential, and business alignment. - Monitor deal progress, flag stalled opportunities, and ensure follow-ups are executed in a timely manner. - Prepare sales slides and pricing proposals. - Prepare sales reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting. **Sales Process Optimization** - Oversee the administrative execution of deals, ensuring smooth transitions through each sales stage. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, marketing) to ensure alignment on deal structure, pricing, and approval processes. - Maintain and improve CRM hygiene, ensuring all sales activities and customer interactions are properly logged. - Support the development of sales playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a more efficient sales process. **Executive Sales Support** - Act as the primary sales operations partner for the CEO and key executives, enabling them to focus on high-impact sales activities. - Assist with preparing materials for executive sales meetings, including presentations, research, and follow-up documentation. - Manage internal communication and coordination to ensure executives have the right data and insights before customer interactions. - Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on deal status, pipeline updates, and sales forecasting. **Customer & Partner Coordination** - Schedule and coordinate meetings with strategic customers and partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales interactions. - Support in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts by tracking commitments, deliverables, and engagement history. - Follow up on customer and partner inquiries, ensuring timely responses and proper internal alignment. **Qualifications and Skills** **Experience** - 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or revenue operations within a B2B or SaaS company. - Experience working closely with executives, sales teams, or business development leaders to manage sales pipelines and processes. **Skills** - Exceptional organizational and project management skills—ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM systems (HubSpot), sales reporting, and data-driven insights. - High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal management. - Excellent communication skills to interface with executives, sales reps, and customers. **Mindset & Attributes** - **Process-driven** and proactive, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and remove friction in the sales process. - **Collaborative and resourceful**, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
