We are looking for a creative English As A Second Language (ESL) teacher to help our organization expand its global presence. You will be responsible for creating quality educational materials and effective teaching approaches that engage students and boost their knowledge of the English language. We expect you to have an academic background in linguistics, experience teaching ESL, and a passion for teaching. You must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills as you will need to create lesson plans, form lesson plans and manage the classroom. Ultimately, your goal will be to improve our students' English-language proficiency, helping them succeed in the global marketplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach English in various settings (e.g. schools, businesses and non-profit organizations).
- Develop lesson plans to cater to a range of learning styles and groups.
- Prepare students for transitioning into a native English speaking environment.
- Develop role-playing games for communicative activities.
- Create audio and video resources for language practice.
- Analyze the students’ exams, assignments and tests to determine their strengths and weaknesses, then counsel them accordingly.
- Use technology in the classroom to aid learning (e.g. interactive whiteboards, video conferencing etc.).
- Promote cultural awareness by organizing and attending events like parties, festivals and speeches.
- Write curriculum guides that are aligned with educational standards.
