Our mission is to deliver **high-quality education** to students and professionals in Latin America.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and responsible individuals to teach ESL courses based on the Ontario high school curriculum ESL courses (ESLAO - ESLEO) and ENG3U/ENG4U.

The applicants should be comfortable, easy going, and creative when teaching to teens and adults. Although all materials will be prepared, you are allowed to deviate from them at your own discretion as long as the learning objectives are met, and the students are learning in a fun, engaging environment.

The work will be remote (you can work from anywhere in the world) but you must be a Canadian citizen or a Canadian Permanent Resident. Applicants should be available to work, mostly, in the afternoons and/or evenings.

**Qualifications**:

- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) required
- Experience teaching ESL (TESOL) and/or Grade 11 and 12 English (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Growing Success
- Enthusiastic, flexible, highly responsible; able to motivate and inspire students
- Ability to work with Zoom and Moodle (preferred)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) (English / French) (English / Portugese) (preferred)
- Teach Ontario High School ESL curriculum and/or Grade 11 and 12 English at a high level of proficiency
- Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs
- Keep students engaged using a variety of teaching techniques: lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations
- Assign and mark homework
- Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss results with them
