- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on proper service techniques and restaurant policies.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
