**ROLE SUMMARY**

The main role of the Business Analyst, Payroll Solutions is to analyze the needs the health care sector, especially in terms of their needs for payroll, and to support the various sectors of the company specifically related to the payroll field.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:

- Analyze customer and market needs to guide the evolution of payroll software packages in order to be aligned with customer objectives, and the requirements of government departments and external organizations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and agencies involved, in order to stay abreast of current market needs, and the alignment of functionality offered by our solutions.
- Transfer knowledge on the use of tools and general knowledge on Payroll software packages to the implementation and customer service teams
- Ensure the quality control of the software packages by coordinating activities, preparing test plans, conducting tests and supervising participants and validating the documents produced.
- Collaborate with the teams of analysts and consultants in the drafting of user documentation, press releases, and notices to be distributed to customers
- Work as part of a team to keep the evolution file of the software packages for which they are responsible up to date, assist in solution architecture and analysis activities, and respect the methods, standards, policies and procedures in effect.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- 3 - 5 years of recognized work experience and in-depth knowledge of the Quebec health network and payroll administration
- Good ability to determine the needs of departments, external organizations and users
- Experience with Espresso Payroll solutions (an asset)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize needs and issues.
- Ability to manage priorities, versatility, and work with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate rigor, patience, diplomacy, reliability, autonomy, a logical mind and a great ability to adapt.
- Must have very good oral and written communication skills in French.
