- **Breezeful Academy: Free**weekly sessions are led by instructors with experience at top banks and brokerages. Training programs are detailed below:

- **7-week Agent Success Bootcamp**: starting in February 2025, Breezeful is offering a unique bootcamp for all of our new agents. This program is carefully optimized based on feedback from our agents to ensure an effective path to success. Topics include mindset training, cold calling, networking and so on. This is a pre-requisite course for the 12-week immersive training mentioned later.
- **12-week Immersive Training**:starting in June 2024, Breezeful is holding a 12-week step-by-step course “Mortgage Agent Essential Skills” taught by a REMIC instructor.

**You'll be working on**:

- Developing a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
- Managing your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
- Providing the highest level of services to both internal and external customers

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking highly motivated mortgage agents or mortgage associates based in Calgary eager to make a significant impact on the modernization of the mortgage industry. We are open to all backgrounds, Breezeful helps agents from all walks of life, from flight attendants to financial advisors

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset

**Compensation**
- This is a 100% commissions-based role.

Pay: $30,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
