**Location**: Market Mall - 3625 Shaganappi Trail NW, Calgary, AB T3A 0E2
**Pay**: $24 - $26 / hr
**Commission**: Incentive program available

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Supervise and support a team of 5
- Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and support restocking and merchandising. Daily Inventory count.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications**
**Required**
- 2 years Customer Service Experience in a retail or customer-facing role required.
- 2 years Supervisory Capacity Experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working independently.
- Cash handling experience. (Experience with Shopify POS system preferred.)
- Experience in Troubleshooting technology (POS, MAC, IOS, PRINTERS)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in markets, trade shows, retail, or similar environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be over 18 years old.
