DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide quality customer service to a variety of customers including: travelling passengers, travel agencies, corporate customers, and other internal and external
- Provide all required training and work with the Manager to ensure compliance with all carrier requirements.
- Conduct training via in-class, online and/or remote methods as
- Ensure e-learning is administered as needed to new hires, and recurrent
- Assist with flight IROPs as and if
- Assist with SSR passengers as and if
- Systems and Policy Training for new staff and recurrent training when
- Ensuring training records and files are kept up to date within
- Quality assurance and training audits required on a monthly
- Travel as needed to conduct training at outstations
- Attend Train the Trainer events as needed
- Ensure compliance with all carrier training curriculum and
- Work with the Manager and other Coordinators to ensure efficient use of
- Work with ATW Support Coordinator and Station Coordinators to ensure effective and optimal team usage and
- Other duties as assigned by

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum College education and five years aviation experience
- Must have an Airport Restricted Area Pass (RAIC).
- Solid knowledge of aviation and its related terms, short forms and
- Solid knowledge of Google, Microsoft Office, Windows, and general computer
- Computerized Reservations System (CRS) - Navitaire and Sabre would be an asset but not
- Previous in-person customer service & training experience is
- Excellent keyboarding skills are
- Must have excellent customer service
- Must be able to travel to other bases for in-person training sessions as needed.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision, and/or in a team environment working varied and/or split
- Must have prior experience in training and working with small groups of
- Accurate record keeping skills and data collection/reconciliation.
