**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager in Training to join our team. This position is designed for individuals looking to advance their careers in retail management. The Manager in Training will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of store operations, including sales management, customer service, and team leadership. **Duties**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Handle payroll and cash management tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store performance.
- Maintain inventory levels through effective purchasing and pricing strategies.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Develop organizational skills by managing administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and scheduling.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Experience with merchandising strategies that drive sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial planning is beneficial.

Pay: $36,074.31-$92,404.62 per year
