We are seeking hard working, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individuals who will help oversee all administrative activities for our organization. This would include:
- Developing expertise in our EMR
- Troubleshooting minor technical problems
- Preparing/overseeing internal organizational requirements and reporting
- Basic bookkeeping (processing transactions for Consultation fees, Notes, and Forms through Square and Stripe),
- Acting as a liaison/point-of-contact between vendors and the organization
- Registering patients
- Managing the inbound/outbound calls as well as
- Other activities as required by our team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Following up with labs/specialists
- Assisting with implementing new services, processes, and initiatives
- Improving clinical efficiencies
- Main phone switchboard
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Greet and register patients at the Bathurst clinic and/or Scarborough Clinic
- Connecting Patient to Physicians through Video Conferencing
- Other activities as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Should be studying in a healthcare related field program
- Minimum 1 years of clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records is considered an asset
- Innovative with the ability to problem solve quickly, strategically, and creatively
- Must be able to work both independently and in a group environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to respond to a fluctuating workload and the ability to work under pressure
- High proficiency in the use of computers and new technologies
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
