**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Business Analyst** to support our **digital transformation and process automation initiatives**. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency using tools such as **ServiceNow**, **Excel**, and **Visio**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals.
- Develop and manage workflows in **ServiceNow** to streamline service delivery.
- Perform advanced data analysis in Excel using pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
- Manage project activities in JIRA and visualize workflows in Visio or LucidChart.
- Support end-user training and quality assurance during implementations.

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Brampton at least three times per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
