**OFFICE CLEANER - JANITOR**

Lucere Dermatology is the leading dermatology and laser clinic located in Edmonton, featuring downtown and south locations. The company has a unique business model that also incorporates a surgical suite and research division. The established company has been operating for 10 years and employs approximately 70 employees.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**:
This position reports directly to the Owners and General Manager.

**JOB DUTIES**

- Cleaning guest / patient clinic areas; entrance, common area, treatment rooms, washrooms.
- Cleaning of staff areas; offices, storage, staff rooms, boardroom, laundry and kitchen.
- Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office and staff areas
- Responsible for emptying all garbage cans and taking disposing of the garbage bags in the commercial garbage bins.
- Responsible for cleaning of windows (inside).
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
- Stock kitchen, washroom and board room supplies.
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
- Record cleaning duties outlined on task list (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Prior office or hotel cleaning experience (highly preferred)
- Exceptional personal hygiene
- A high standard for cleanliness
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Time-management skills
- Physical stamina, ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 20 lbs
- Excellent English communication skills

**Compensation**:

- $17-$19 / hour

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 6am to noon daily (6 hour shift)

**Start Date**:
