**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
**POSITION**:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist with new membership sales. In addition, they also assist with front desk responsibilities and customer service for active members. We have a great training & mentorship program that will teach you everything that there is to know

While this posting is for Sales Associates, since Club Pilates continues to rapidly expand, there are additional promotion opportunities available from this role into Senior Sales Associate, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Good computer skills with ability to learn and use our proprietary software system
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Previous sales experience highly recommended

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute the sales process of lead management, follow-up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the club
- Maintain cleanliness of the club
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Other duties as assigned

**COMPENSATION & PERKS**:

- This position offers a very competitive hourly rate + bonuses
- Combined pay is expected to average between $19-25 an hour
- Commission paid on all membership and retail sales

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
