Our exciting second location will be opened in early 2025. We offer one of a kind pieces, branded clothing lines, including our own in house label, Scout. Job Description: Sales Associate; Full Time

Location: Aurora

Our Sales Associate is responsible for communicating with and assisting store customers. The main objective of the role is to sell products. Sales Associates are required to provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and helping customers when needed.

Some of these duties and responsibilities may include:

- Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection
- All Sales Associates are expected to become experts of our brands in store and our selling behaviors, which allows us to provide premium customer service
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace or retail floor
- Performing all required register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Contributing to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product flow
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features and benefits
- Resolving customer complaints
- Fill online orders as required and communicate with all relevant parties*
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to Manager with professionalism

A successful Sales Associate needs various prerequisite skills and qualifications required for the duties performed in this job, including:

- Working as an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Customer service focused attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanour
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- A working knowledge of technology, internet and social media and its platforms
- Experience working on a retail Point of Sale system
- Brand awareness within the fashion industry, maintaining knowledge of trends
- Seasoned experience in the retail Womens fashion industry
- A polished visual presentation of self
- Ability to perform basic math when required
