At **Enhanced Care**, we know the importance of primary care and family practice in everyone's health and wellness. Our conveniently located clinics are open for extended hours to look after the needs of our patients and our communities. With a team of skilled individuals working alongside with over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a **Clinic Supervisor**who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

**Summary**: The Clinic Supervisor will work with the management team in overseeing clinic operations. This is a permanent full-time position including occasional weekends.

**Locations**: 1st Floor - 2585 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3J 0P5

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with manager of Operations
- Connect and communicate with physicians, providers, vendors and patients
- Assist and lead administrative projects and initiatives
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the entire clinic, including but not limited to: registering patients, answering phone, booking appointments, following up on consults and test results and other duties as assigned
- Provides assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Other administrative duties related to clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset
- Previous supervisor/manager/leadership experience in the medical field/doctor's office is required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer and G-suite is an asset
- Knowledge of EMR is an asset
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
