**What a typical workday looks like**

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

- Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
- Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
- Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
- Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
- Answering the phone in a professional manner;
- Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
- Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you);Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
