Join our team as a Marketing & Lead Generation Representative. This is an entry-level role designed to help you develop key skills in sales, customer communication, and time management. You’ll be part of a team that markets local neighbourhoods, speaks directly with homeowners, and generates interest in home services like painting and exterior maintenance.

This role is perfect for those who want to:

- Gain professional experience in marketing and customer interaction

Day-to-Day Duties
- Share information about our services and book free estimate appointments
- Log contact info and homeowner interest for follow-up
- Leave marketing materials (flyers) at homes
- Work independently or with a team in 3-5 hour shifts
- Track your route using a simple app
- Participate in weekly team check-ins and training sessions
