**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Efficiently manage and route incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform essential administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide general information about the dealership to customers and visitors.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service, luxury retail, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to learn about company operations or existing knowledge is beneficial.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and a committed team player.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
