**Service Coordinator**

Collicutt Energy Services Corp. is currently looking for a Service Coordinator in our Service department. We are looking

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate processes, people, and activities to ensure efficiency

schedule and deadlines
- Instruct technicians to take responsibility for completing paperwork
- Oversee restocking of trucks on a regular basis and ensure appropriate parts are placed in the trucks for

Technicians to complete their work on time
- Review and approve service field and shop time tickets
- Ensure that all service programs, policies and processes are carried out by all service personnel
- Actively participate as an encouraging role model towards always improving professionalism and a pride in

workmanship.
- Delegate authority to competent service personnel to carry on the Service departments work in an efficient and

productive manner
- Plan shop and field workload in cooperation with other departments affected to assure prompt completion of

service work
- Ensure compliance with the company tool program
- Assist Service department with development of annual plans for the Service department and measure

performance against plans on a monthly basis
- Assuring repair completion by assessing and providing the necessary tools, supplies, parts and troubleshooting

guidance
- Maximizing service processes to provide fast and accurate service while minimizing cost
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
- Provide recommendations and assistance to service manager and operations team in the planning,

implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures
- Available to support customers and staff during off hours
- All other duties as required

**The position requires**:

- 3+ years of power generation and/or gas compression, engine/truck repair shop knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or journeyman trade certification an asset (Millwright, HET, etc.)
- Project management would be an asset
- Must possess superior interpersonal and client relation skills
- An extremely high level of initiative
- Attention to detail
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to always changing situations
- Ability to produce quotes and rectify project costs
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Strong understanding of the company inter-department workings and roles they play with each other
- Excellent computer and supervisory skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Available for, and legally able to, travel internationally
