**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, including financial reports and tenant files.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repairs and improvements.
- Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects such as roofing, paving and window replacements
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants through effective communication and relationship management.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant relations effectively.
- Proficient in office administration tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with tenants and vendors.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
